POLICIES:
Rates do not include Pennsylvania sales and occupancy taxes of 9%
or security deposit of $200.
Payment schedule: $100 required within 7 days to hold reservation.
Balance of payment plus taxes and security deposit required within one month
of stay.

Check out time:
11:00 A.M.
Cancellation:
Written notice of cancellation via email or U.S. mail must be received and
acknowledged at least 3 weeks in advance of stay for a refund of payment.
If less than 3 weeks notice, we will refund payment providing we are able
to rent on those dates.
Security deposit:
Returned within one week after stay providing there is no property damage
or theft.
